Client Feedback Survey Results
Biannually, we send a survey to all of our clients to ask for their anonymous feedback on their experience working with North Haven Financial.
These are the compiled results of those surveys.
In 2023, 26% of clients responded
In 2025, 56% of clients responded.

When asked how to rate how satisfied a client is with their overall service, with 1 being the worst and 5 being the best, the average of all responses was 4.8.

Given a scale of 1 being “too infrequent”, 3 being “just right”, and 5 being “too frequent”, clients were asked how satisfied they are with the frequency of meetings. The average of all responses was 3.4.

We are in uncharted territory at the moment. Usually, I try to stay the course when there is a downturn in the markets, but this time I’m concerned that the damage being done on a global scale won’t allow the markets to recover. Using tariffs like a sledgehammer has the potential to break everything. As I write this I realize that while on one hand, it would have been nice if you had presented options for how to deal with this mess, but how could you? I don’t think anyone could see this insanity coming.

I'd read a blog-like thing that discussed current events relative to investment portfolios; what's trending, fads to avoid, best practices, cool tools, etc.
I appreciate all you do, and could only see you improving services if you had a crystal ball.
I'd like to see the fees based on the lower of the beginning or end of each quarter
I would prefer in person meetings or at least one at the beginning.
